1. Do you offer tours before booking your venue?

2. What time can I come in to set-up?
Setup and tear down time must be included in the time booked. You are granted access to the venue at the time your booking starts in accordance with the contract.
3. When will I have access to the venue?
You are granted access to the venue at the time your booking starts in accordance with the contract. An hour before your event, we will send out the door code / passcode to access the venue. This also includes the basic do’s and don’ts you need to know about the venue.
4. Do I have to clean the venue before we leave?
BienVenue Events values all of our clients so you have the option! There is minimal/no clean up required if you paid for cleaning ($100).
Yes, if no Cleaning was added to your package. Please make sure tables and chairs are put away and all trash is taken out and put inside the dumpster on the premise of the building.
We will send further instructions on the day of your event.
5. Do we have enough parking for guests on the venue?
Yes. There’s our parking lot, free street parking and paid parking behind our building.
Vendors
6. Can I bring my own bartender?
No. BienVenue Events requires that you use our vetted, licensed and insured bartending vendors to ensure quality, excellent customer service and safety.
7. Do I need a bartender when I bring my own alcohol?
Yes, we require a bartender when alcohol is served even if you bring your own liquor for liability and safety reasons.
Packages, Pricing & Payments
8. Can I host recurring (weekly/monthly) events?
Absolutely, BienVenue Events offers several opportunities to use our venue on a regular basis. Check out our exclusive membership offers here: BienVenue Exclusive Membership
If the membership program doesn’t fit your needs please tell us a bit more about what you’d like to do and we’d be happy to put together a proposal if it works for us as well.
9. Can I book outside of the standard time slots?
We will do our best to accommodate booking outside of the standard time slots so long as there is no reservation booked on the same day. An additional $250 is also required as a convenience fee, instead of paying the full day package.
10. Can I reserve the date and pay the deposit at a later date?
No. The downpayment will guarantee and secure the date of the event. Otherwise, BienVenue will accept other inquiries and reservations for the desired event date.
11. Why do I have to pay the Incidental Deposit?
The Incidental Deposit will cover any damages or contract non-compliance during the event.
